Article 14 Reimbursement Take back and exchange

The shipping times run from the date of dispatch on the email confirming the dispatch of the order. However, customer may immediately terminate the contract if the above mentioned dates or deadlines are essential for 1001Crates. In this case, upon termination of the contract, 1001Crates shall refund the customer the total amount paid, at the latest within 14 days following the termination of the contract. The above conditions apply.

Article 15 Liability

The products offered respect the French legislation in force. 1001Crates cannot be held responsible if the legislation of the country where the products are delivered is not respected. 1001Crates cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure, disturbance or all-out or partial strike of postal services and transportation means and/or communications, flood, fire.

Article 16 Applicable law Disputes

This contract is subject to Spanish law and is written in French. In the event of a dispute, only the Spanish courts are able to rule.
